Getting scan result using wpa_supplicant

wpa_supplicant 0.6.3 added a new ctrl_interface command BSS to allow
this to be done. Please take a look at wpa_gui_qt4 in the current 0.6.x
branch for an example (ScanResults::updateResults() function).
