Host AP driver implements TKIP in the driver and as such, host CPU
will be used for this. TKIP (RC4+CRC32) does not take that much CPU,
especially with IEEE 802.11b cards. Of course, if you are already
running low on available CPU, this may limit the available maximum
throughput.
