VPN user / support staff ratio?

Dear Brethren and Cistern,
If any of you have VPN help desk experience or links to studies or documents
showing support desk staffing ratios, I would be very grateful. My company
is doing an in-house VPN rollout with PPTP/Windows/SecurID. We expect 1000
users on analog connections, and an additional 200-300 on broadband. If
there are recommendations for light users vs. full time home-office users,
that would be helpful, too.
