Line speed

  Does your ISDN modem plug into a serial port?  If so, check your port
properties, which I think are defaulting to 9600 (9.6k) bps in 95/98.
  [Check in NT, too.  NT may be reporting the line speed and not the port
speed....]

I do have ISDN line and I am a VPN client.
When I connect using windows 95 or 98 I am connecting in 9.6kbps but when I
connect using Windows NT I get 64kbps.Why it so.How can I speed up the data
transfer rate
