Are you also registering event monitor using wpa_ctrl_attach?

Hi All,

Is there an easy way to debug as to why hostapd control event interface EVENTS are notreceived on the control interface.

I have an external application which binds to the unix domain socket i.e "/var/run/hostapd" and listens on using the exact same select() mechanism as the hostapd cli does,. Basically it emulates hostapd cli in listening on the same socket. I am able to receive unsolicited events when i use "hostapd_cli".
