How to use WEP method for EAP-SIM?

Hi,

    Now the EAP-SIM use WPA/WPA2 method as default, but some old EAP-SIM
Hotspot use WEP, it could not be connected directly. How to let
them(WEP/WPA) capable on EAP-SIM method?
