Oops. I mis-wrote on double quotation.

If you use ASCII psk, you need double quotation on psk.

network={
ssid="home"
proto=WPA2
key_mgmt=WPA-PSK
pairwise=CCMP
group=CCMP
psk=999999999999999999999999999999999999999
}
