How do I configure wpa_supplicant.conf?

I'm not an expert but i believe it should look more like

network={
ssid="home"
proto=RSN
key_mgmt=WPA-PSK
pairwise=CCMP
group=CCMP
psk="999999999999999999999999999999999999999" }

dont' know if that will fix your problem but hope it gets you close
