Bugzilla is back

Thanks to ISC, w1.fi got a new server some time ago and the server is
back on a "bit" faster network. I've now restored Bugzilla to the
server. I used this as an opportunity to update Bugzilla, so the site
looks quite a bit different with all the new 3.0 features. Please let me
know if you notice any problems with the current Bugzilla installation.

Unfortunately, I did not have very recent backup of the database, so I
had to re-generate the most recent cases (234..248) based on email
notifications. These cases do not have all the information (e.g.,
attachments are missing), but at least the basic information is still
available. If you notice that some information is still missing, please
add whatever relevant comments to the cases.
