Looking for a new web server for wpa_supplicant/hostapd

The address (http://hostap.epitest.fi/) has not changed and is not
changing, but the old server is unfortunately not available anymore.
Once I get the new server available, hostap.epitest.fi will be changed
to point to the new IP address.
