It looks like you haven't blacklisted it *correctly*, though; you're
getting this from modprobe:

Notice how those "bad line"s *start* with orinoco_cs and orinoco.  The
correct syntax to blacklist those two modules is:

blacklist orinoco_cs
blacklist orinoco

and neither of those lines start with orinoco_cs or orinoco.
