WPA2 config with WPA-PSK?

Hi,

I am running Linux and wpa_supplicant with the IPW2200 wireless
card.

I also have the Linksys WRT54G wireless router. I noticed that
the linksys offers AES under WPA algorithms. I am currently
using WPA with the TKIP algorithm selected.

Does the IPW2200 (version 1.0.8 driver) support the AES algorithm?

If so what would be a suitable network block to use with WPA-PSK?

Does a current WinXP support this WPA2 option?
