Did you get any solution to this problem?

Am facing the same set of problem here. I am not able to get the WEP rekeying and TLS stuff work togather though only 
TLS works perfect. I have tried with wep_key_len_broadcast set to both 5 & 13 but with no success. The 
wep_rekey_period is set to 300. Since my supplicant is a WinXP machine, I have set eapol_key_index_workaround=1.
