Only one WDS peer on wlan0 and yes, the peer is the reported address. There
is no STA entry in /proc/net/hostap/wlan0/wds.

All my WDS links are created manually...I don't use autom_ap_wds anymore but
rather iwpriv wlan0 wds_add <addr>
