Need information about MAC processors - development boards

Hello, 

I am working on an underwater project. I wonder if I can use a MAC processor of 
prism 2 (or any other MAC) to develop it at low frequencies. As far as I see there are some 
development boards on the market. However, I couldn't find a solution at the GlobeSpanVirata 
homepage after I read that Intersil had sold its Prism family products to them. I wonder where 
I can get a development board from in order to adapt its MAC for my project.
