Lock rate?

WDS broken again..;(

Back to the drawing board....

I had previously though that WDS rate controlling was resolved in the latest
release..it sure appeared to be for a few hours, but now it is back to 2Mbps
and stuck there.

Jouni, could you point me to where in the source I could lock the rate for
WDS links so it will never auto adjust?
