Kernel used: 2.4.20rc3 The kernel was patched, configured from scratch, built, and installed before building hostap. I gave up and used the new 2.4.20 kernel with a p4 and had no problems. Oh well I will come back to the cyrix later. Thanks for the help. -- Owen Shoemaker
