I've recommended the Cisco PIX to a local customer, but I am admittedly working with anecdotal information on its performance, and haven't had to configure or maintain one. I'm interested in any good/bad/indifferent opinions of the product. We have a good history with Cisco hardware, part of the reason I was quick to back the PIX.
