Nortel Contivity Branch Connections

Does anyone know effectively how many tunnels that are used by a branch office
connection on the Nortel Networks Contivity product?  I heard that one should
count a branch office connection as using 10 tunnels, but want to verify this.
I'm doing some hardware planning and want to make sure that the number of
tunnels supported on the hardware matches the plans I have for number of remote
users and number of Branch Office connections per box.
