[VPN] VPN with IPsec passthrough suported routers

Hi all

I am going build VPN using IPsec.
both end of VPN we have IPsec passthrough supported routers (BA8000Pro
and  Allied TElesyn 240E ADSL Router). I Use Enterprise Linux3 WS both
ends . I had error
RTNETLINK answers: Network is unreachable

1. can i use Enterprise linux with IPSec passthrough supported routers.
if not what os should i use??
2. what should be the reason for error.
