[VPN] VPN user authentication via Shiva Access Manager 5.0

All, I am using Shiva Access Manager on Solair to authenticate the VPN users. Fore a week I am having some issues with the SAM. When ever I add a new user it disappear right away. I am wounding if anyone of you have seen the same issue ? I would really appreciate some help on this.
