[VPN] webramp 700s VPN

I am trying to setup a vpn between a home office and
the main office.  The main office has static ip, the
home office is cable modem with dhcp.

The questions are:
Is the security association name suppose to be the
same at both ends or is it suppose to unique firewall
identifer name for opposite end?  The docs seem to
indicate the later.

The IPSec Gateway Address.  What goes there?  at the
office is it 0.0.0.0 and at home is it the public IP
of the office?

Destination Networks:  What goes here.  I see
references to LAN IPs and one doc said make it 0.0.0.0


Thanks in advance.  I am sure this is easy but I am
not getting it.
