[VPN] Windows 2000 VPN

Dear gentlemen

       I would like to know whether I can to implement a RAS VPN only using
Windows 2000 client and Windows 2000 server  (with IPSEC)?
Are there someone to implement it ? An the scalability issue ? Number of
users which connected through this system ?
