[VPN] VPN over port 80

Hi Olav,

You may try Cisco VPN3000, it can encapsulated the IPSec packet over
TCP. With "IPSec over TCP" setting you can choose to use port 80,
and all the traffic of IKE (UDP/500) and ESP (protocol 50) will be
encapsulated within TCP/80.
