[VPN] VPN Wins Help

I have set up a VPN using Freebsd for three sites. Site A, B and C. The
tunelling is all fine. Scenario:

      vpn            vpn
A ============ B ============ C

Each site has a Wins server running W2k which happens to be the PDC.
Site A can browse site B and C . However site B and C can not browse
site A yet they can ping and search and locate computer IP addresses on
site A. So what am I missing here ?
