[vpn] Radius Server for VPN

Thanks John,
 Currently I've been working on implementing Intel's VPN Gateway device
(former Shiva product). Trying to use Intel's vs. which is called Intel
Access Manager but no luck so far. Have downloaded the Stell Belted radius
trial and looks like I'm going with that.

You didn't indicate what VPN device you're using, but assume it can handle 
RADIUS authentication. Steel Belted Radius[1] meets your criteria and works 
extremely well. We use it with both our Nortel and Cisco VPN devices.
