[vpn] Cisco VPN 3000 authentication mechanisms

Hi,

Could someone explain how exactly this could be done? 

A user would have a certificate installed on his
laptop/desktop and also, when he connects to the
concentrator, he would be prompted for a
username/password which would goto Radius for
authentication?
