The standard Microsoft IPSEC client, minus the L2TP function, should talk
pretty well with the Nokia CC2500.  You will want to make sure that your
certificates are "Nokia-like," including the email address of the user. 
You will get much greater success with v4.0 of the CC2500 kernel, since
that has specific support in it to make integration with MS IPSEC easier.
