[vpn] poptop vpn

Hi,

I have setup a vpn using poptop and the tunnel seems to be up as I can ping
each side (from both sides)
But, if I ping (from the extremity of the vpn) another machine inside I get
no reply. I then add a route for
the one machine 'route add 10.0.0.59 gw ppp0', I get the icmp request on the
other side but there is
no reply to it...

Anybody seen this before ?
