[vpn] IPSec from W2K Server to FortKnox or Checkpoint

Has anyone setup a lan to lan VPN with W2K Server on one end and either
FortKnox or Checkpoint on the other? I have the need to setup a secure
connection from my office to a client site, they are currently running
FortKnox but are looking to move to Checkpoint in the next several months.
Obviously I'd need to get an appropriate certificate from their firewall and
install it on my W2K server (and visa-versa?) to establish the pipe, but are
there any good white papers or step-by-steps that explain this?
