Just one more comment on the securID algorithm.

Considering that it is commonly used with VPN's for strong
authentication, you should as well take a look at
http://www.cccure.org (The CISSP Open Study Guide)  they have a very
nice paper available under their download section that is an analysis
of the SecurID algorith, it was written by the people of Atstake.

It is worth reading if you are using or interested in the SecurID
product.
