Is the PPTP server behind the 802 or is the client behind it?
If the Server is behind it and is NAT'd you need some special
NAT configurations which are documented on www.cisco.com, if I
remember this correctly.

Or do you try to use the 800 as client or server for PPTP?
I think as a server there are some possibilities with 12.0T or 12.1T
by using L2TP on the c800.
Please explain the problem a bit more clearly.
