Hm yes.. constructed examples are always weak

Sure. But you should not leave this headroom for the sake of IPSec,
so if at any time your are on the not-so-safe side of bandwidth, consider
that IPSec has sensible overhead and increase bandwidth.

translation of a german play of words is understandable)

Ugh.. change $ISP :} Timeouts (in such short timerange) w/o honouring
a busy line are braindead.
