VPN using Checkpoint Firewall

I would like to install VPN for my organization and we have about 800 people
to use these facility.

My configuration is as follows:

I have 2 firewall( Nokia-running checkpoint 2000) and both are using for
going in/out, running BGP on router for load balance and fault tolerance so
that if one site goes off then I have still connection to outside world.

Currently running Nat and would like implement VPN using Secure remote
client with  FWZ Encryption.  I have nokia firewall and also all network
works on IP.We have NT domain and would like to use this domain from remote
site using NETZERO or any other 3rd party ISP connection to connect our
private network.
