	1. Can i build application (using VC++) include VPN and/or other
security
	protocol ?

You can use the EAP API to implement your own authentication protocol on top
of the Windows 2000 VPN client and server. You can also use the IAS API if
you want to extend the IAS (RADIUS) server.

	2. Should i divide web server and VPN server into 2 computers,
(assume
	number of client between 10 - 1000)

I think it is a good idea to make a DMZ for the web server and keep the VPN
on a different machine.
