If a PRE-EXISTING AUP forbids it, also fine. Then it's my fault for
not seeking it out - maybe theirs a little for not pointing it out
clearly to new users.
B U T - blocking tunnels, as someone else has pointed out, is the lazy
way out instead of the intelligent way out. It even requires more work
if the ISP wants to make sure I haven't just decided to take my tunnel
to another port.
