VPN & PKI

Hello everyone,
My company is planning to build the PKI for VPN and other secure
services (WEB, Mail...). We will build our own PKI but want to be as a
subordinate of well-known CAs such as Verisign, Entrust, Thawte.... so
our CAs will be trusted all over the world. How will we do? Any idea
will be appreciated. Thank you.
