[vpn] Response for "Where do I start?" FAQ?

Anyone out there want to take a stab at writing a response 
for the vast number of "I want to learn about VPN/I'm writing
a paper/I need to install a VPN" questions we've been getting
lately?

If so, contact me off-line and I'll forward the list postings
that are likely to be helpful -- no time to write it myself at
the moment...
