Anyone plz help me out

Hi,
 I am going to implement a Vpn in my small network of
4 computers and I gave the Ip address of the subnet on
my gateways in the ipsec.conf fiie but ipsec gives the
following error when started :
 Fatal Error: No left parameter specified..

Plz help me i am in trouble coz of this error
