Browsing across a VPN

Hi all,
This may not be a VPN issue but I would appreciate
some input.

I've implemented a VPN between two Windows 2000
servers. One is configured as the calling router
through a dial-up Internet account and the other is
the answering router with a permanent connection to
the Internet by cable modem. I can make the
connection, I can map drives, and when I search for
computers on our network, they are found and I can
access their files that way. But when I go into
Network Neighbourhood from the calling router, nothing
is there. I should be able to see our domain and our
workgroup but I only see our domain with nothing in it
(not even the computer itself). I'm led to believe
that this is a browsing issue because the calling
router is the PDC and the answering router is our BDC.
 Am I right?

Can anyone confirm that this is my problem and offer a
solution?

Thanks very much in advance.

Cindy
