Yes. The PPTP server requires the installation of RAS. In RAS you have the
ability to make configurations pertaining to the distribution of client IP
addresses, DHCP server or a static IP pool.

Has anyone setup PPTP on an NT server and enabled users to specify
their own IP and have it work?
There is an option on the Remote Access Setup to configure the network
on TCP/IP to allow remote clients to request a predetermined IP address.
What can they really put there to make this work?
