W2K and IPSec

  Is there a (brief?) document that explains how to configure W2K's client
to talk to an Altiga concentrator?  We have an Altiga, and a report from a
user that the Altiga client doesn't install under W2K....

You are absolutely right, you need either PPTP or L2TP over IPSec. I do not
believe the Raptor supports this yet, but you will need to give them a call
and ask.  We (Altiga) have tested W2K's IPSec client with our Concenator and
all
works fine.
