Help with a testing tool

Dear vpn list co-subscribers
I've been desperately searching ttcp for windows 95/nt now for days to
make some tests in our vpn environment. Would some kind soul point me to
it? I have the unix version and thats exactly what I need, now on
windows, ttcp.exe.

Thanks and sorry for the request. I know its not the right place to ask
for a tool..
