PPTP server

PPTP is supported on the Lucent (former Ascend) TNT,
MAX 6000, MAX 3000 platforms.  Protocols also supported
are L2TP, ATMP, IPIP, IPSec.  The TNT also supports
L2F (foreign agent only).
