Racal is pretty much the leader in Frame Relay encryption. I believe they are at
www.racal.com, but I have not been there in a while.

Celotek makes L2 crypto boxes for links up to OC-12 (622 Mbit/s). The catch
is that these boxes work *only* on ATM networks.

Cylink makes protocol-independent L2 crypto boxes, but AFAIK the maximum
rate supported is E1 (2.048 Mbit/s).
