@Home bans VPNS

I wonder if it would be a valid lawsuit to sue @Home on the grounds of
abridging your first amendment rights - namely that to free speech, much in
the same way that suits were brought against the HOA's for prohibiting the
use of Satellite Dishes in one's yard.
