Black Ice is an IDS< not a firewall.

Most of the VPN vendors have gotten a clue, and are starting to
include/recommend a particular personal firewall for their VPN
product. This can be especially nice if you pick up some centralization
features, or if the firewall is aware when the VPN is up or down. I've
got a small bit of direct experience with the firewall from
Infoexpress. They were nice enough to take some feedback from my employer
at the time, so it happens to fit my personal criteria very well. :)
