Slow VPN

I want to thank all who replied to my original most.  There is some great information.  The first thing I am going to do is change the CPU.  No use knocking my head against the wall, if thats the issue.  Also, add more RAM.  

I  am using CHAP, but I think it is v 1.  My Sever is win2000 but I beleive it is Beta 3.  I will have to change to win2000.   

I will let you all know how it goes.
