MPLS VPN

Hi All,
 I am currently working on MPLS VPN and refering to RFC 2547, "BGP/MPLS
VPNs", as a base document. I want to know the following:

1.  If the VPN sites are connected to different Service Providers(SP), how
is inter-networking between the two SP network possible.

2. If the CPE is a host or mobile user, how can it connect to the VPN.
What information the mobile user need to know in order to connect to the
VPN.

3. Is the Route Distinguisher (RD) used to form VPN-IP addresses is unique
across VPNs. If this is the case, does the mobile user need to know this
RD before it can connect to the VPN.

Please help me to get the answers to the above queries.
