CRYPTO-6-IKMP_NOT_ENCRYPTED

Hi All,

I'm testing now a cisco 1603 with IOS12.5 running IPsec and trying to connect
this to a Nortel CES 1500. Most of the time this is working, but sometimes I get
the following error : %CRYPTO-6-IKMP_NOT_ENCRYPTED: IKE packet from 194.7.187.90
was not encrypted and it should've been.

Does someone know what is going wrong and what I need to do to fix this ?
